Larger established organizations have the ability to supplement existing legal teams with experienced counsel without adding the expense of full time employees.
Flexible Arrangements
Bow Street Legal Advisors, P.L.L.C. structures its fees on a flexible basis to meet the specific needs of your organization. For ongoing fractional general counsel services, we charge a fixed monthly discounted rate based on a defined set of services for which we are responsible. For companies needing assistance on a project basis, we can either charge a fixed fee or hourly rates which are at a significant discount from fees typically charged by traditional firms.
Our Approach
Our goal is to seamlessly integrate and partner with your existing management team to deliver efficient legal and data privacy services to accelerate growth while reducing organizational risk. Integration may include direct access to corporate systems such as e-mail, Slack, Teams or other tools to facilitate efficient and timely communication. We invest the time to understand your business in order to proactively identify and address areas of risk based on your current and future stages of growth. In situations requiring specialized expertise, such as mergers and acquisitions, we can either partner with your existing external counsel or leverage our relationships with national law firms to provide the necessary support.
