With over 23 years of experience, Tim Robinson has held executive management positions and founded multiple private equity-backed startups while also serving as a general counsel and data privacy officer. His wealth of knowledge provides Bow Street Legal Advisors, P.L.L.C clients with a unique resource to manage and accelerate growth while minimizing organizational risk.

Before founding Bow Street Legal Advisors, P.L.L.C, Tim co-founded and served as the Chief Legal and Data Privacy Officer of MediSpend, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company that offers compliance solutions to global pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies. As a co-founder, board member, and senior executive, Tim played a crucial role in all phases of growth, from product inception to a successful exit to a leading private equity firm. Through his role at MediSpend, Tim also provided consulting services to life science companies to assess and implement compliance programs, including developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global anti-corruption and transparency reporting laws.

Prior to MediSpend, Tim founded and served as President and General Counsel of the Millennium CME Institute, Inc., an accredited provider of continuing medical education for healthcare providers.

Before that, Tim practiced law in the private sector, assisting emerging growth companies in all stages of development, from startup to acquisition.

Tim graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Government,  from the University of New Hampshire School of Law with a JD., and  Boston University School of Law with an LLM (Taxation). In addition, Tim  is a certified data privacy professional by the International  Association of Privacy Professionals.
